"Only problem we had was no breakfast and the man that works night shift didn't make coffee. He acted like it was a problem and got a attitude if we asked for coffee in the mornings. He was rude and looked down his nose at customers. He was short and "smartassy" if he was asked anything. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility was poorly maintained. The pool was not heated only one of two elevators were working and it would stop at every floor even if no one was waiting very unsafe. We chose to take the stairs for ninety percent off our stay. We were on the fifth floor. Lastly there was no coffee service in the room and no house keeping service for the duration of our stay. Hotel is at best a one star very disappointing."

"This was our fourth stay at the resort, and it continues to be our preferred choice each year when we attend a conference at the Wharf. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff consistently provides excellent service. We were especially pleased to see the addition of complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas for hotel guests this year, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We look forward to returning again next year."

"The room was not as pictured when booking. Thought it was more like a suite with couch and chair. Had a chair and desk instead. When asked, they had no rooms to offer. Rooms were only cleaned every other day and had to ask for additional wash rags for days it was not replenished. Non working exhaust fan in bathroom made everything wet. AC unit by the wall was leaking and floor near it was saturated with water."

"We went first week in June, we could only get in the gulf water on Monday, double red flags the remainder of the week. Think carefully if you’re considering renting chairs and umbrella. No refunds. Be prepared to walk a long distance if you want to self park, which is $15 a day. Paul from Safety and Security is one awesome dude and went out of his way to fix a couple issues that came up. Hannah did a great job addressing our concerns and made me believe they do care. The Perches restaurant is over priced in my opinion. The separate child pool is a great idea."

"I was stuck on the elevator with about 8 others fir about 7 minutes. And then it was out of service the remaining stay. When we checked out, it took several trips up and down stairs with our luggage. My partner is 79 years old and this made it very difficult to enjoy!"

"This hotel is dog friendly and clean. Sometimes it’s hard to find both. The staff was helpful and professional. The location was the best part for us, we loved the gulf view. The only complaint was the elevators were very slow; there’s was always at least one out of order."
