"Do NOT book this property. I tried to stay there and upon arriving at night time realized there were so many homeless people and sketchy activities going on in the parking lot that I didn’t even feel safe enough to get out of my car to check in. The grounds were run down and dirty from the outside. I never checked in and proceeded to go to another hotel where I felt safe enough to stay. They marked me as checked in even though I never went- I got charged and they refused to reimburse me. If you want a safe, comfortable stay, this is NOT the place."

"It’s was ok for the price. The bedding had cigarette holes in it for a non-smoking room. The coffee machine in room didn’t work either. Other than that. Great."

"The staff member that helped us check in was very rude, I am currently a year younger than needed to check into a hotel room and I didn’t realize until after I had already booked the room. So I called the hotel before I came and they had told me it was no problem, just to bring someone who was over 21 to check in, which I did, but when I arrived, the staff member that was standing at the desk started off very rude and aggressive, when I told him that I was there to check in, he said, “No you’re not, you’re not old enough.” I then tried to explain to him, that I knew that, and that I had called up there to explain the situation and when I told him that I had brought someone with me to check in, he then directed his rudeness towards that person and told them that he couldn’t do that. Thankfully there was another staff member there who helped us and was very nice and got it all situated. Very poor customer service."

"Wasn't the best place to stay, outside had people doing drugs. Wasn't the safest place to stay even though the lady at front desk was nice. Just didn't feel comfortable staying there even though I checked in. I ended up leaving and staying at a different hotel with friends who had room at the embassy "
