The hotel location was good as it was walking distance to the Abu Dhabi Mall. The deluxe suite had a kitchenette which was convenient. The room size was comfortable accommodating an extra single bed for our daughter. The bathroom was really small. The bathroom door would hit the knee of the person using the toilet. The shower area was small too. The hotel provided a big bottle of water everyday and ice was provided when needed. The front desk personnel were helpful. Overall stay was OK.....

The hotel was booked by my husband’s company so we had no expectations of what it would be like. Turns out our 7 night stay here was very pleasant.
What we loved most about the hotel was the warmth of the staff. We felt very welcome and at home. Rosemarie and Shirley of the front desk were most helpful when we had an issue checking in. We've stayed 5 nights. Hotel service is commendable. Staff are so accomodating. I have a one year old baby girl who always mess up food on the table. No complains and gladly cleans it after we are done. Only thing was on the 4th morning breakfas when they have some function, they asked us to sit on a different table than usual. My mom end up somehow unhappy because they placed us on the corner. For sure to avoid guests seing our messy table. Anyhow, that's understandable so we let it passed.
