"Hotel is in the airport so after long flight from Bali we got to sleep in a clean comfortable bed then shower and get ready for the long flight back to the U.S. The staff was wonderful, check in and check out was super easy! Best idea … every big airport should have a attached hotel!"

"Although the property has gigantic proportions that make it at times unnavigable and makes it feel impersonal this is definitely an Arabian Nights palace with impeccable service and pool areas among the most beautiful in the world - with a private beach! It’s a bit far from everything else but with a unique beach front view to the newest and even more spectacular Sultan palace. I have also checked the Four Seasons which pales in comparison with this"
