"I booked a King Studio,mainly because there was a sliding door with a big private outdoor patio,with table and chairs.It was our 50th Anniversary, and my husband loves to sit outside.We checked in, went to the room,and there was no slider,no private courtyard as pictured when I booked.We were on the front of the building,on the street side,with a driveway next to us AND the steps to the second floor. Two chairs out front.Extremely dissappointing ...went to the desk,questioned it and was told we were in a King Studio and the ones Expedia showed me were in the back and already taken. If I had to request a room like the one I thought I booked,I would have done it.Our first time there...and this. Don't know if the mistake was Expedia's or the hotel.The place was clean,staff very nice,but this put a damper on the weekend."

"Everything about our stay went really well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. The room and common areas were very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The only downside was the noise from other rooms and the hallway at night. We understand this isn’t the staff’s fault, but the constant running in the corridor and the frequent opening and closing of doors made it difficult to sleep. Aside from that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would still give it 5 stars."

"They need to service the door locks not very secure.Also the ac system coils need cleaning .The swimming pool was well kept."

"The place was CLEAN! Shout out to housekeeping. I didn’t even have to do my typical cleaning ritual like normal, the entire facility was CLEAN. The room was beautiful. Well appointed. Great location with a bunch of ridiculously nice people. Great options for food and shops. Easy parking. PERFECT! My only slight problem was the pool was sad. It was CLEAN just motel like. Doesn’t match the property. Otherwise, 10 out of 10! "
