Especially the food served for dinner was below expectations The cleanliness of the bathrooms was not acceptable. On the positive side, the sauna was very impressive. "The stay was horrible. It was snowing and such a big hotel but no one at the reception.The wifi password given was incorrecr. Water was coming feom the window and thw roof. Frewzing cold and no firewood or firelighter provided. No one to contact as the phone provided was going to security. "
