Terrible - old property plus nobody interested to give service; we booked a suite and when we checked in - it was not cleaned properly. There were pieces of glass and my daughter hurt herself. The Royal M Hotel was clean, safe, with good facilities. We enjoyed the downstairs restaurant, which offered quality food and service. On the plus side, the connected mall was convenient; especially the Nesto supermarket, which made grabbing essentials easy.
