Housekeeping kept everything spotless and well cared for, always respectful and attentive to detail. The restaurant and bar staff deserve special praise — servers, cooks, and bartenders alike. Meals were well prepared, service was smooth and friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet professional. It’s clear the kitchen and service teams work in sync and take pride in what they do. The doormen and concierge were outstanding — courteous, attentive, and proactive. "Excellent stay. The rooms are newly renovated, comfortable, and spotless. The staff were amazing: warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. The rooftop offers stunning pyramid views, and we were lucky to be there on a night with live music, which added beautifully to the atmosphere. The location is fantastic, very close to the pyramids and the GEM Museum. I’d absolutely recommend staying here. Just a small note: use Uber rather than walking around the Old City at night. It’s charming during the day, but you should be cautious after dark."

"We stayed at Best View Pyramids Hotel during our visit to Giza, and it was a truly memorable experience. We were visiting from the USA, and from the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and well taken care of. We also felt completely safe in Giza during our stay. The location is absolutely incredible you get some of the most amazing views of the Pyramids, especially from the hotel. Waking up and seeing them so close is something we will never forget. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the overall stay was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our time there. They also offer airport pickup and drop-off, which made arriving and leaving Giza easy and stress-free. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing blueberry drink, a really nice touch after traveling. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection, and the chef was extremely friendly and helpful, always checking to make sure everything was okay. Overall, this hotel offers an unbeatable location, great service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend Best View Pyramids Hotel to anyone visiting Giza and wanting a unique experience close to the Pyramids."
