"İ choosed the more expensive house form both were available on the page, after that i texted the company responsible for renting and they told me this isnt the apartment you choosed. And here started the story, different apartment, promised wifi not available, no ironing machine, no cleaning done daily as promised.... No nothing, just a good location of the apartment and the size .....very old furniture, pictures were done by Aİ, i have the proof.... To be honest i wouldnt risk my brand name...

"The rooms were spotless, and the hotel as a whole was exceptionally well maintained. We initially encountered an issue with the room description on Expedia, but the front office manager, Kareem Mohamed, resolved it promptly and ensured we were comfortable and satisfied. We truly appreciate him and his team for going above and beyond to enhance our stay. The service was outstanding, and the staff consistently made an effort to ensure we had everything we needed. The beach and pool were fantastic, and the golf cart service made it easy and convenient to travel to the restaurants or back to our tower. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a comfortable stay overall. The location was great- close to the marina with convenient beach access. Our room was a good size and had a spacious balcony. There were three of us staying, the hotel provided an extra bed to accommodate us comfortably. A special thanks to Redwan, who cleaned and prepared our room with great care and attention to detail. While the hotel doesn’t offer a huge range of amenities, the pool is a decent size, and the beach access is a definite plus. Overall, a pleasant stay in a convenient location."

"Staff very friendly amazing property and shoutout to the UAE for putting a project like this in Egypt honestly great and amazing location and idea. The staff were friendly and not pushy with asking for tips compared to other places always asking for tips. Also one thing they need to work on is knowing the difference between the ice americano and iced espresso very important for coffee lovers hehe. Other than that i really recommend it for to others worth your money!!!"
