"The property is very good for value. The pool is close to the apartments and also they have got a water slide;

enjoyed a lot in the heated pool and water slide. Apartments have all the basic amenities and the kitchen has got all utensils required for cooking. Unlike 5 star resorts , where you have to walk a lot to get from one area to another; everything is very nearby.The staff have been very helpful as well.Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Grand Aquarium!!! "Last minute due to previous hotel over booking for our last 2 days but thankfully aqua aquarium was a available and within 1 hour of booking we had arrived and they gave us a wonderful welcome and had our room ready. All areas were lovely and well kept, food and drink lovely and although could be on more often the cool effect of too pool was the windows behind bar will add photo. Overall fab little apartments with great staff. Will return."

"A fabulous hotel with excellent, friendly staff in all areas. I particularly loved the waterfront with a few jettys and the swim out pontoon. We had good fun jumping in from the far one nearer the Dolphin Park which was quieter. This was also stocked with bins of cold drinks as it was futher away from the beach bar. "Accommodation was dated but OK, beds comfortable, shower OK. Liked that we had a balcony. Fridge was rubbish. View from the hotel was beautiful Lots of step around which could prove difficult for less abled/pushchairs. Pool nice (could be busy in high summer) hated the loud music played by the pool. Food was plentiful with options for everyone but repetitive after a few day . Alcoholic drinks were dreadful. WiFi only in the reception and pool area. Staff were generally nice and helpful...

"Paid for a high end room with sea view. Room was very tired and in need of update. Aircon was set on 16C and high fan and it was barely comfortable. Worst of all, in competition with every bar further along the “strip”, they had to have loud DJ music around the pool every night going to midnight.
