"This was my second time reserving this hotel with hotels.com. The stay was horrible. First the reservation was not found. Secondly, I got a breakfast buffet rate, but the hotel refused to offer breakfast. The toilet did not flush. The room was horrible. The staff wasn't very helpful. Please remove this hotel from your listings"
