"We understand they’re going through some renovation, but compared to the main photos in the listing, we were expecting a different experience. Our room was slightly outdated compared to the main photos that were shown in the listing (photo 40/60 on the listing). The bed was extremely comfortable - the blackout curtains let in some light but overall did a good job. Overall it was a good hotel for the price point and the location was great right in the centre of town."
"If you like children running down the hall all night and all morning, this hotel is for you! If you like paper-thin walls that let you hear your neighbor snoring, this hotel is for you! If you like curtains that don’t block out the light during midnight sun, this hotel is for you! If you want to enjoy your and your hard-earned money, this hotel is NOT for you. The workers were all really nice I will give them that."
"This place was super easy and convenient. The room was great. It is set up for viewing the Northern Lights with nice big windows. We were there during the summer, so that didn’t matter, but I’m considering returning during the winter."
"This hotel is definitely off the beaten path but the property appears to be quite new and has a refreshing look. Plenty of parking spots (including two EV chargers), lovely dog and cat. Clean room with functional TV and lots of space to put stuff on chair or on a rack. Bed is a bit small considering that it's a singles room. Room temperature leans towards the warm/hot side. Bathroom floor can take some time to dry up but there's enough space. Breakfast are always the same dishes, but they were cooked well. I especially like the coffee machine. It's available to guests for free 24/7, even if you want some chocolate at 11pm. Staff were plentiful during breakfast period, but it can be hard to find receptionist for check-in or check-out. It's well worth the price."
