"I booked a room with a balcony I didn't get. The bed mattress gave me severe back pain. The mattress is unbearable hard.

"I enjoyed staying here. We are backpacking and not wanting to spend too much but we had our own rooms, a kitchen, laundry, and free breakfast everyday. The rooms were clean, shower warm, we had air conditioning which was a bonus! The staff communicated very well with us and made our stay comfortable, I would recommend to others. I did have earplugs which came in handy as we were near a mosque and the chanting was loud at around 4-5am. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya and were very satisfied with the overall experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to assist us. Service was consistently attentive, whether at reception, restaurants, or by the pool. The hotel is spotless, and housekeeping kept our room fresh and comfortable every day.
The facilities are excellent for both adults and children — multiple pools, easy access to the beach, and the added bonus of a free shuttle to Land of Legends. Our little one especially enjoyed the kids’ club and play areas. The variety of food and drinks was impressive, with plenty of options to suit different tastes, and the evening entertainment added a nice touch to our stay.
The location is also ideal, close to Konyaaltı Beach and just a short ride to Antalya’s Old Town. We highly recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a mix of relaxation and fun. "This a very friendly and really nice and clean hotel. It is really worth of money. The breakfast could be more variable as every day the same. The only problem is that nobody speaks English in the hotel even the receptionist too. Trams, local busses are very close for only 27 TL (50 penny or 60 cents). Antalya main bus station is just about 4 tram stops from this hotel. "
