Checked into the hotel and went to the room and it was a used rag in there. Went to the desk to ask for a new one and I’m sure she asked me for my room number to charge me for it. Started intching and I pulled the covers back and found a bedbug. So at 1200 in the morning I had to pack my children up at 7 months pregnant and drive my children home because they didn’t feel comfortable.

Perfect Stop for Families with Kids

We really enjoyed our one-night stay at this hotel. If you’re traveling with kids, don’t hesitate to book — it’s a fantastic family-friendly spot! The pool, hot tub, indoor playground, and game room made it so much fun for our little one. We picked up food from the Mexican restaurant across the street and ate in the atrium while the kids played. The continental breakfast was also very good, which made our stay even better. Such a great place for families to relax and recharge.

We were pleased with our stay. It was easy to get to Cleveland clinic from here. The kids we saw were enjoying the activity area. It's an older hotel but it was clean and employees were friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Would stay again.
