The room appeared clean, but the bed was very poorly built. Every move to just sit or turn over, sounded like metal rubbing."

"Someone’s hair was floating all over the floor. Room was very old and used, time for a face lift. Shuttle and driver was right on time. Early morning desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Check in clerk was very aloof like she could care less that I was checking in. I have managed hotels for 25 years, I know what good service, Decent amenities, quality in the room is. This property could use some love. "
