The points for improvement were that there wasn't a bin in the room (only in the toilet) and that the room smelled of smoke. It was also a bit hot and there weren't any lighter blankets. We had a car so it was no trouble that it was a little further out. Plus, it was super easy to park on the street. (For reference, the Anitkabir is a 25-minute walk.)
