"Another interesting case of bad management in hospitality. This hotel has so much potential. It is super well located, the place is a beauty and everybody would love to stay in a castle. Also it's clean, although the lighting is so dark that you can't see it.. but somehow they destroy it all with their rudeness. After several reviews pointing to that, there seems to be no improvement. The attendants of the hotel perfected the art of being dry and rude to the limit. They make you totally uninvited and uncomfortable. Also In the restaurant I stood up for minutes in one entrance then I walked to the other entrance and nothing. Nobody came to me or told me to sit. They just gave me the back and when they looked, they moved to the other direction. One of them saw me and went to the computer and stayed there.. I simply didn't exist as a potential customer, so I walked away to a place where they value customers. Take my advice and never come to this hotel/restaurant. You deserve better"
