We had room 9 which was at the front , it had views of the water and mountains. Bedroom was separate at the back of apartment which was quiet. It had a patio with table and chairs to relax watching the views. Spacious rooms, kitchen had all we needed. They let us check in early which was handy. Flat walking to town area

Exceptional service & friendliness of staff. Cleanliness inside is fine. Untidy entrance to ground floor units & the bottom of stairs. Needs a damn good sweep with a broom along under the window frame, lifting mats also when sweeping.

We arrived for check in and found out our room was on the 2nd floor and we were alittle disappointed having to carry our suitcases and I said, “oh no” and I explained to the operator and he checked to see if there was another free room available and swapped us straight away. Thank you Tresori for being so accommodating and understanding and we appreciate it!

The room was classed as Deluxe/Honeymoon Room certainly wouldn’t say that myself. The bathroom window had a hole from rot, the tap for the shower inside down and around the window looks like could be rot with mould on the window. I know the above sounds awful, but more positives than negative - the bed was comfy as, we had a wee couch to sit on for watching tv or reading. A little table for eating if you don’t dine at one of the fabulous eateries in Akaroa. The room was tidy and clean and comfortable. Will certainly stay there again.

Heater hanging out of the wall. Freezing cold windows open when we arrived. Had to go to office and get a portable heater 🙄. Lamp broken. Stained carpets. And this place go a 4.5 review. Seriously

Sorry guys but your unit was below standard. Yes great location and was clean but basic stuff like cupboard in front of microwave broken and had to hold door up when used, shower rail stuck high, jug wont turn off automatically, heating below par for early winter stay as unit got cold during the night, toilet seat lid cracked. Easy stuff to fix but suspect has been like that for a while.
