"The Hotel Groove Shinjuku was a great choice for our family. The full Tokyo experience (including the excitement of Shinjuku Station) of bright lights and large adverts. The area is busy but the hotel is totally wonderful, safe, secure and well staffed. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The cleaning was effective and efficient with a wide range of helpful amenities. The room itself was big enough for 2 adults and a child with a lovely expansive view of the vicinity including the Skytree. There was lots to choose from in terms of food options and easy access to a range of different cuisines for all budgets. It is a wonderful introduction to the busy craziness of Tokyo with excellent service and attention to detail. Thank you so much! "
