"아이들과 함께 여행해야 해서 큰 객실을 찾다가 오픈 준비중인 이 호텔을 발견했습니다. 객실은 도쿄에서 찾기 힘들 정도로 크고 좋았어요. 특히 우에노공원 뷰 객실의 전망은 정말 최고입니다. 다만 반대편 객실은 유흥가와 맞닿아있어 소음이 많아요. 셀프 체크인 시스템인데 간단하고 직원들도 아주 친절합니다. 프론트에 있는 직원들은 거의 영어가 가능한 외국인 직원들이었어요. 조식은 1500엔에서 800엔으로 프로모션 중이었는데 800엔이라면 아주 좋고 1500엔이면 비싼 느낌의 도시락이었습니다. 아이가 있어서 잘 먹었지만 그렇지 않다면 주변에서 사먹는 것도 좋을 것 같아요. 맨위층에 대욕장이 있는데 하루종일 걸어다닌 피곤함을 풀 수 있었어요. 시설도 좋고 야경 보면서 입욕 가능한 노천탕도 있어요. 오사카 지점도 곧 오픈한다는데 다음에 도쿄나 오사카에 가게 되면 또 이 계열 호텔에 묵고 싶을 정도로 전체적으로 좋았습니다. 우에노 점은 호텔 뒤쪽이 다 유흥가(단란주점)라 늦은 저녁시간에 호객행위가 심하고 좀 무서워서 큰 길로 호텔에 가는게 좋습니다. "

"One word to describe the property: Serene. The various gardens and our tatami Japanese style room really elevated our start. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their ways to accommodate my aunt’s request for some freezer space for her mochi. They also arranged a larger taxi to accommodate our luggages. The train station was only 5 mins walk from the hotel. I will definitely be back. Thank you. "
