Propre, bon accueil .

Arrivés sans réservation comme un bon nombre de « naufragés de la route « suite à la fermeture de la N90 après la chute de rochers , nous avons été très bien accueillis, et avons pu profiter d’une très bonne restauration .

À fuir ! Patron menteur ! Scandaleux

Nous sommes resté 3 nuits à l’auberge, le séjours plutôt correct, jusqu’au départ, nous demandons de payer en chèque vacances ANCV. Mais le patron a l’accueil nous refuse les chèques soit 400€.. ils nous dit que nous avons réservé par un prestataire comme hôtel.com ou expédia ect.. et que cela est marqué dans les conditions générales des ventes de l’hôtel et que il a moins de marge car on passe par un prestataire de services, je paie, après vérification des cgv, le monsieur nous a menti, c’est juste que ça marge est moins haute, qu’il n’a pas voulu les prendre.. nous a t’il avoué après ! Nous trouvons vraiment scandaleux, qu'un service mentionné sur le site, sur le catalogue logis France, sur le site ANCV n'a pas été respecté, Et par-dessus tout le mensonge du patron. À fuir !

Bel hôtel au sein duquel il serait surement plaisant de passer plusieurs jours. Très bien situé par rapport à Aix Les Bains La piscine et le cadre surement verdoyant en temps normal sont un plus appréciable. Très bon contact avec le patron et les jeunes très sympathiques qui font les chambres. Accueil un peu froid. On paye et on s'en va. A revoir, la propreté de la douche. Sinon tout est fort agréable. A recommander.

Séjour agréable dans un hôtel familial

Accueil chaleureux. Le parc avec piscine est agréable. Les chambres mériteraient d être rénovées. Et la clim aurait été souhaitable pour un hôtel 3 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner est varié et avec de bons produits. Le restaurant est très bien ! Je recommande.

Great staff, at a good hotel for families

Really exceptional service during a visit to this nice hotel, with some challenges. This is a nice hotel. Spotlessly clean, convenient to town, a nice pool, easy parking and comfortable rooms. Decent value too. We were surprised on arrival how many kids there were in the pool. This would be a great place for a family to stay, but this made it less appealing for us as a couple. What we most appreciated about this hotel was the service of the people at reception. We had problems with the shower drain. Not a big deal, this kind of thing happens. What took this from being a negative to a positive was the response of the staff, fixing everything up immediately, with great respect. Really good care. Thank you for your care and attention.

Très déçue du séjour

Chambre très vétuste, literie moyen, oreilles très peu confortable, vieille salle de bains, papier paint arraché, porte habimée, porte vers la douche s'ouvrant avec difficulté, rien pour poser ses affaires dans la douche, pas de bac, manque de crochet pour la serviette en sortie de douche, il faut la poser sur les wc.
