There is no kettle or coffee & tea in the room There is no iron or ironing board in the room They need a new soap in the bathrooms the current one smells funny. "The staff at the Palais Moulay were extremely accommodating. My son left his wallet in a taxi. The front desk managed to track it down and we were able to retrieve it in tact. Everyone was so very friendly. Excellent experience."
