"Stayed for 1 night on our way out of town. Very funky and modern hotel! Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Staff was attentive, helpful and welcoming. Well situated in Gueliz, short walk to many things, but on a quiet side street. Would recommend!"

"Einfach traumhaft. Wunderschön gelegene Villa mit großem Balkon und Blick auf das schneebedeckte Atlasgebirge.
Sehr großzügiger Pool.
Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer.
Das Personal war immer für uns ansprechbar und hat uns quasi jeden Wunsch erfüllt. "

"Apartment has a nice decoration, the room clean and big too , Airco/heater work perfectly. The apartment has 2 bedroom, with complete Kitchen utilities, only they dont provided Soap/shampoo.Location close to big supermarket ( Marjane ) , you can use Bus 12 from airport to Marjane, and the bus also stop to koutoubia / Jemaa el-Fnaa."

"Thank you Reidence Qodwa for a pleasant stay.
My room had everything I needed. Kitchen and clothes washer .. dishes and pots to with cook with.
Very close to all local attractions. Super market downstairs.
Abdessalam greeted me upon entry and assisted with anything I needed. He also scheduled a few excursions for me.
Thank you for everything !

"Very clean and comfortable, the landlord make sure your stay is wonderful, any problems he will attend to it, anything your not sure about, especially about the country and price's of taxi's, he explains so it makes life much easier, the area is not the best in how it looks,, but the people are very friendly, theres shops right by the apartments, a little walk to the main road where there is taxis waiting, i would stay again, "
