Staff was very helpful in recommending a different hotel in the area that had a working pool. By looking at the lobby everything looked very clean and new."

"Bad location surrounded by iron fence due to the high number of homeless everywhere. Charged me for my documented service animal as front desk had no understanding of the law. My service dog is for a true medical need yet I forced to sign for it & pay. we did not feel safe outside the hotel to even walk around, should of drove 5 more minutes east for a nicer area. This hotel is just not in a good safe location"
