Wir bekamen noch den Hinweis, dass unser Zimmer kein Fenster laut Buchung hat - daraufin gab es ein Zimmer mit Fenster zur Straße. "Easy walking to everything. Beds were comfortable, shower was good. The breakfast was ok but not great. The area around the hotel is very dirty and confusing and car access is difficult. Not really set up for western tourists currently. "

"There was no booking at the hotel when I arrived (in spite of having made a booking via Orbitz) at midnight. They offered a higher rate than the booking at Orbitz. Didn't have a choice, and took it. Next day, paid for the night I stayed and moved to another hotel. However, Orbitz has charged me for the full stay and hasn't been refunded."

"I have been very disapointed by this youth hostel. I travelled over 80 countries in the World and the service was poor. I chekhed in at 2h30 pm, Left my lugages and came backdoor at 10h30 pm. It’s when I needed towel and toilet paper at 10h30 pm then at the reception they told me the youth hostel don’t furnish towel and toilet paper. It’s alright but at least tell the customer at the chekh-in not when the customer need it. I could have bought the article during the afternoon but not at 11 pm. "

"I was fortunate to be able to stay here for 10 days. It was perfect in every way - especially the quality of everything, and it was the only hotel in China during my month-long visit that had full-throttle internet - being able to get to sites that I couldn't get to from other hotels.
