"Solo traveller stayed one night. It is a nice hotel, clean, comfortable, the staff accommodated me easily. The only difficulty I had was the room door was difficult and would not unlock for me (or easily lock). I had to call for assistance almost every time I wanted back in the room. It was a real pain. They saw I was having difficulty with the door and when I asked to be moved to a room with a door which worked, it was no. Limited English speaking. Lovely location, walkable to town. "

Even if it was the low season (I was the only guest for 3 days). "It is truly a unique hotel. The hotel staff was amazing. They were very helpful and always readily available. The on-site restaurant was superb. Really enjoyed the food. The free breakfast had so many food options. The room was very spacious and clean. It was a fascinating experience, living inside a cave hotel room. The concierge staff was extremely helpful in arranging multiple activities throughout the area. I was able to book all my activities as well as airport transport to the hotel with them. I cannot say enough good things. I would highly recommend this hotel."
