"La casa espanyola is truly what I would call a hidden gem in Fes. It is beautiful, surprisingly affordable, and superbly clean. Mohammad, our hotel manager, was very very nice and helpful. "Hotel is ok location...close enough to the train station and new town. A bit of a walk to the medina. The staff were friendly. My room was on the 1st floor just above the bar and bar terrace so the noise was very loud until midnight or someones 1am. So dont expect any sleep before things close up. However i did find a fantastic little cafe close by - Breizh Cafe which is so friendly and does the best well food....all brilliantly priced!"

"Our stay at Riad Fes Baraka was nothing short of outstanding—definitely a 5-star experience! Samir, the property manager, sets the bar incredibly high with his exceptional, personalized service. It truly felt like having a private concierge, the kind of attentive care you’d expect only at ultra-exclusive hotels. The whole staff was wonderful—always friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure our comfort. I highly recommend booking the AlArabesca room, which is located on the ground floor right in front of the pool. Not only is it a beautiful space, but the pool itself is exceptional by riad standards—immaculately maintained and perfect for unwinding. The location is great for accessing the medina, and we found the street parking to be both convenient and very safe. If you’re looking for a boutique riad with world-class hospitality in Fes, Riad Fes Baraka should be at the top of your list. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it without hesitation!"
