This hotel should teach a master class on service and staff loyalty. Every employee is friendly and eager to serve. I can't recommend Hotel Matthiol enough. "The hotel is very close to the airport. The hotel has a shuttle (small fee) which starts at 5am which worked out for us with an early scheduled flight. The staff was friendly from the shuttle driver to the front desk staff. The room was clean and the property was nice for a quick stay to unwind before flying out."

"Very clean, very nice accomodations. Multiple bars and restaurants open within walking distance. I highly recommend. Its about an hour by train outside of Milan but an easy ride. Great if you rent a car, because a lot goes on in the nearby towns, 10min to 20 min away, so nicely centralized."
