"Everything was excellent "

"Modern, lovely and family friendly hotel Right across from main station Most places are within walking distance Free coffee and water whole day long in lobby is a nice touch (especially in the cold winter season) Check in and check out was very quick and staff were all very friendly and welcoming Elevators were very new and fast Room was as advertised, spacious and new 2 bathrooms with 1 toilet was clean and modern. Water pressure was good A fridge in room might have been more helpful Beds were very comfortable Sofa bed however needs a mattress change perhaps.. sunken in already 2 TVs (one in bedroom and one in hall) Good selection of English channels Breakfast was the best we have had in Europe Fantastic variety and great food Will definitely stay there if visiting St Gallen again "

"Self check in was easy, if a little time consuming. The rooms are large and comfortable and quiet. There is a coffee machine in the lounge. We never met any staff - they weren't there in the morning, and no sign of a breakfast option. It was a convenient stopover hotel."
