"Some people that checked in next door to me were extremely loud. After waking me up at 1am, I ended up contacting the front desk after an hour of listening to them blast rap music. The front desk immediately took care of it, and I was so grateful 😊 There was a mix up with my billing and my card but it was fixed. The place was very lovely, very clean, and accommodating. Would stay here again, and I am not the easiest to please."

"What stood out for me while staying here was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I wish that I had asked for a few more names but I will mention Lu and Jackie at the front desk. Jackie was so generous with her time as she assisted in booking a future stay. Maintenance was readily available to correct an issue with the tv. The property was clean and well cared for. "

"We ended up here unexpectedly after our tire blew out heading home from Charelston. Given that it was a motel, my expectations were really low. I was actually pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness factor once inside. I'm not saying it's fancy, but definitely better than what I was expecting. The only thing I'd like to point out is that their listing says it includes breakfast and coffee, but there is no access to the lobby and neither service is offered. The misrepresentation won't be compensated by Hotels.com."
