Hotel Graal

10/10 Excellent

"Great location. Close to shops and other restaurants. The view from the room is breathtaking with a nice patio to enjoy a cup of joe. Breakfast is a normal European meal but was tasty and filling. The restaurant was also delish and the service was fantastic. Francesca and Lorenzo def made the meal even more enjoyable. We actually saw them in the town square and they recognized us and we exchanged hugs. Really good people. The front desk was also very helpful. Francesca and others which I can't recall all their names. They also helped coordinate rides to and from the next town over. Roberto/Bartender was great. We bs'd quite a bit and his drinks were fantastic. Really just a great time and I can't say enough to all the staff who made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Loved this hotel! Great location if you have a vehicle. Take a day trip to the Amalfi Coast, by ferry or car. Short trip to see the amazing Greek Temples at Paestum. Great price and value. Very clean room, included Buffet breakfast was amazing, great Cappucino’s. Kudos to Mario! Very friendly and courteous staff. Great restaurant! Bed was comfortable. Large balcony with beautiful pool & sea view. Beach is located across the street. The area is going through a transformation, so you have to be able to look beyond that. The only negatives for us, would be the hard pillows."

"This really isn’t a 4 star. One of the 2 restaurants was closed. The spa wasn’t open. It opens at 4pm on a Friday. Rooms are not the same as what’s shown in images. Restaurant service was terrible. The hotel takes Amex, but the restaurant does not. Felt kinda shady in that regard. This feels like a business hotel masquerading as a resort style hotel. The staff at the desk was very nice. Manager did not come out of his office to deal with our issues. We were unhappy and left after only being at the hotel 2 hours. We wanted amenities and this hotel fell short."

"Great pool, breakfast and staff. Staff were very responsive prior to our visit and helped book a dinner reservation for my partner’s birthday. They also delivered cake to our table at breakfast that morning without asking. Absolutely incredible view! Perhaps one of the best in Ravello. Pool area does get covered by shade late afternoon/early evening. Room was a little shabby, towels very thin so had to be changed daily, and toiletries provided were adequate only."

"This is a very beautiful hotel, we stayed in a Junior suite with a balcony over the water that I will never forget. The room exceeded our expectations, spacious and beautifully furnished. The bathroom was a delight! The staff very kind and helpful. They offer a shuttle to the nearby cities so you dont have to drive, they also have parking on site. Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended! We will surely be back. "

The team goes above and beyond, creating an experience that feels both personal and effortless. Our suite was incredible, and every detail of our stay exceeded expectations. Even in the hours before our departure, when we were quietly dealing with the loss of our beloved dog, the kindness and care around us meant more than we could fully express. This place and the people here hold such a special place in our hearts—we can’t wait to return."
