"The room was not spotless. Peanut butter on the floor, a used dish sponge and the dishes a bit worn. Was no extra blanket despite having clearly ordered a room for 3 which would require using that god awful sofa bed. Restaurant closes too early (5pm) and the breakfast was sub par for 25$ a person. Wi fi keeps disconnecting every few minutes. Nice staff, good store"

"I don’t know if all the rooms are as nice as the one that we stayed in, but ours was beyond expectations from the pictures and price. It was very large and everything looked newly remodeled. Mariposa is an excellent town to stay in when visiting Yosemite. I would definitely stay here again. We travel a lot and like to stay in budget hotels. This one was wonderful!"

"The place was a little difficult to find at first, due to not realizing how far to travel on the driveway, but I did obviously find it. When I first saw the various cabins (most wood but some canvas) scattered at various locations up the hillside, I thought that things weren't looking good. HOWEVER, when I got to my cabin the interior was decorated quite nicely and everything was very clean. I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice my stay was and how clean everything looked. It was also nice to have the restaurant on site with a nice offering of food items. I would stay here again."
