1. Bathroom hand washing liquid was leaking but couldn’t fix the issue until I showed them the root cause ( bottle was leaking ) 2. The took the soiled towel but didn’t replenish with new ones on last day while checking out. Could be a silly mistake but didn’t ruin my shower experience for sure!
