An older hotel yet well maintained and organized. There's always someone on the front desk if needed. Location is amazing and close to museums, restaurants, shopping, etc. Ask for a room with plaza view... its nice! We got the view from the ugly semi-demolished buildings in the back.

It’s in the heart of the city. Best location - you literally walk out the hotel and have access to it all. The hotel is a bit outdated and that’s why it’s a 4 but no complaints at all. The staff are nice and accommodating.

Very dated property. It looks like it hasnt been renovated since the late 1980's. I arrived early for check-in and the person at the front desk was unable to help me, so they went to find someone else. When that person arrived, rather than check to see if my room was ready so that I could take all my luggage to my room, she just automatically said that check-in was at 3pm and to come back then. The shower didnt drain properly, leaving a small flood of water on the bathroom floor. The restaurant has only a 3.5 star review on Google. I was able to find good food elsewhere though. The location of the hotel is good. The service and facilities were not.

old property but in pretty good condition. Room aceptable and staff very helpful. I had trouble with internet and then when I was finally on I had to redo password several times a day. They assured me that no one else had trouble but when I was checking out, a man came up with his laptop and said he could not get on.
