The room was not clean, the sheets smelled like mildew, issue with water standing in the shower, limited hot water, no hair dryer in the room, by 8:30- 9:00 the breakfast buffet was nearly empty.

I had car problems and the hotel staff went out of there way to find a mechanic and ensure that I was safely on my way for my next nights reservation. They saved me from a scheduling nightmare. Definitely a place to stay to be treated special.

The interior of the hotel was decent quality and the staff was great. However, entering the hotel from the highway was a bit hard to find and difficult in heavy traffic. Also, the exterior of the hotel could use some cleanup and care.

New Go To Place

This was a little difficult to get to the first time. However, once you know how to navigate the entrance it is easy on/off access. This will become my new stop in Aguascalientes. The front desk even with the language gap was professional, friendly, and made sure I understood everything. Breakfast is a cook to order and being that I was leaving very early, only had time for coffee.

El personal tanto de recepción como de limpieza fue muy amable en todo momento. La caldera no funcionaba y por lo tanto no había jacuzzi y el agua de la alberca estaba helada. Tienen una máquina de hielos que es un gran alivio para el calor. La ubicación está muy bien por el precio. Durante mi estadía, la CFE suspendió el servicio por reparación y por lo tanto falló también el servicio del agua, el personal fue muy amable e intentó ayudar en todo momento, sin embargo la CFE no reanudó a la hora acordada el servicio y fue para mí un día perdido ya que no había ni luz ni agua para bañarse):
