The only complain I have is the check in, our rooms were provided late and the room cleaning was done late, sometimes some amenities were not available inluding shower mat or hand and face cloths

The hotel needs to provide cold water upon request during this hot season as there was no mini fridge in the room. Upon request, they said they don't have the cold water bottle which was hilarious. Such a big hotel and no for cold water. Also the phone operators promise to callback for 2 of my queries and didn't bother to get back. Overall the hotel stay was good apart from the above 2 services which was pathetic.

There is a milk factory behind the hotel and all day long the smell coming from it is unbearable at the pool area and lobby, sometimes even at the restaurant. Could not enjoy the pool. The hotel should have advised about the odour. I would never stay there again.

This was my 3 rd stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great! I did notice that the music is played a bit too loud. It is piped through the lobby, dining area, and out on the patio deck. I found it difficult to hear what anyone was saying at our table in any of those locations. Even my 9 year old complained to me that the music was too loud. Especially , in the dining area, music should play in the backround. It was not a rekaxing experience at dinner to have rock music blasting. I love rock music but the hotel seems to want to give a " party" vibe maybe a little too often. Also, the pool was not heated. The last two times I have been at this hotel, the pool was nice and warm. I always come in late August to visit family. So, it us at the same time of year on every stay. I did not swim at all during this last week. Even my son, only went swimming a couple of times instead of everyday. He spent more time in the hot tub telling me the pool water was chilly. It is a great place to stay, hopefully next time the pool will be warmer and the music will not be so loud.

The hotel and service is great, but there were days that seemed like they were short staff, some days our bad was done late. They also ran out of supplies. Management really needs to pay attention to detail, I am a return customer but need improvements or I may start looking for other places. Also, they do not honor the prices for the restaurant, they will charge the full price and not the advertised price, they charged the same no matter the time we went for breakfast, they advertised a discounted price after 9:30 am and still charged us full price. So, please be aware of this. Staff are very friendly.

Sin queja. Desde nuestra llegada nos sentimos arropados por el personal del hotel ya que la atención fue esmerada y personal, en especial los meseros Manuel y Salvador. Ambos nos hicieron sentir mucho mejor que en nuestra casa.
