The staff was not friendly nor cordial starting with the property manager, reported water leak in our bathroom and it was not fixed or even attended the problem. Breakfast had spoiled fruits with unwashed trays every single day (6 days in a row).

Toda a equipe de atendimento está de parabéns! O que entendo que precisa melhorar é a forma que utilizam a roupa de cama; havia apenas um lençol fino que cobria o colchão e não pretendia a ele, fazendo com que ele ficasse expondo o colchão em qualquer movimento. Isso deixa desconfortável em relação à higiene e conforto. Além disso, para se cobrir havia apenas um cobertor, sem ter outro lençol de alternativa. No banheiro, a ducha higiênica fez falta. Esses detalhes acredito que precisam conter na opção de quarto superior.

2 dias antes do check out já não tinha mais direito a serviço de quarto. Em relação ao café da manhã achei muito tarde, só a partir de 06:30 da manhã. De modo geral é uma boa estadia, em boa localização e ótimo custo benefício, já é a segunda vez que me hospedo nesse hotel, mas o defeito dele é a ausência total de isolamento acústico, se ouve absolutamente tudo que se fala nos corredores e há noite se ouve muitos barulhos externos e até conversas.
