"The customer service at this place is outstanding! I loved that they accepted payments by card. I also love that they did cash back. I had a family member who was with us who described this place as superb!! The setup of the rooms is pretty in terms of the bedding that’s used. I absolutely loved that there was hot water majority of the times in the shower and it was hot water like I haven’t experienced very often in guesthouses in India. "I booked the sea front room but they gave me another room when I arrived, the owner said that he was really sorry and gave me some money but not the complete difference between rooms… there wasn’t A/C in my room, no hot water, the towels and sheets were really old and stained, the wifi worked perfectly."
