Room was clean, but dated . Couch had stains and worn. Small oven would’ve been nice or a central bbq area. Everything worked fine, but eating out each meal does get expensive. Nice swimming pool but part of it you cannot use as there’s a massive speaker blasting music very load most of the day. It obviously was annoying to most guests as everyone avoided that part of the pool. Also, most of the rooms are facing the pool, so we could hear music most of the day. I wouldve scored it less, but the staff and the restaurant are excellent. Highly recommend the pork chops and even steak done to perfection. Prices very reasonable and portions massive. And the convenience of walking 2 minutes to your room

Loved everything about our stay here, the room, the pool, the staff, the bar/restaurant !!!!!!! Only gave a mark of 3 stars for the breakfast as we didnt have breakfast and there was no option to say that.

Have stayed several times at lagoons but this time it felt a bit run down for the price. The room wasn’t all that clean inside, so much bird poo and feathers all over the deck, it felt a bit dirty to walk out there or sit there. Especially when we paid for a swim out room. Pool was great & had a lovely dinner at the restaurant. Staff were lovely. Paid an extra guest fee with booking and then on arrival paid again to have the sofa bed made up should really be included in the extra guest charge. Overall a little disappointed in our stay this time.
