"When arriving, I had to wait more than the checkin time because my room was not ready. During my stay, the hotel changed the checkout time, and had no flexibility to keep to me the checkout time I had contracted and that was in force when I arrived. There was a dead cockroach at the room, and it remained there for all my stay. I did not say anything just to see how long it would take for the cleaning, and it remained there. Fine basic hotel, great location and superb staff
"Great location, and fantastic staff. They could not have been nicer. Special praise has to go to "Ali" who went out of his way to make us feel like celebrities because we've visited before !! Thank-you, I'm smiling at the memory. The rooms have great sea views and balconies, with air con. They are a little tired and for a small amount of money could be made much nicer - add shower curtains and hook for the shower head. provide some coat hangers ..... nothing that spoiled our stay, just some suggestions. "

"The pools and outside space are lovely at its very picturesque but the room was very dated and the bathroom was in poor condition with glass slats missing. The air-conditioning is old and struggled to cool the size of room. The shampoo and shower gel dispenser was broken when i contacted reception the receptionist was unhelpful. People smoke everywhere and even an employee who has a room in a no smoking area thinks it ok with children around. "
