Especially I would like to notice front desk receptionist Guzel,who was very helpful and assisted my mom with navigation and all accomodations.Thank you for making my mom's birthday unforgettable experience! "We loved the staff, so friendly and helpful. We were having trouble booking one of our ferries, and the front desk girl took time to call the company and was able to book. The food was incredible! The swimming pool and hotel grounds were so clean, and peaceful. We had a few relaxing pool days, and so much better than a resort in Mexico - not so busy and just lovely. "From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, it was 5 stars! They helped us with luggage, transportation, booking a four wheeler. Helped us when we ran out of gas. This was opening weekend for them and they were amazing. Room was clean, hot tub was hot and clean, bed comfy, view was incredible. I’ve stayed in many five star resorts in my life and this ranks right up there. Thank you for an amazing experience! "
