"The expectation was of a 4star apartment.The reality was a basic 2star! I realise it was a Cretan style building & have no problem with that but a few modern touches and some comfortable loungers etc would be nice.Crete is lovely and the people very friendly so we enjoyed our stay overall just not the hotel."

"This place was amazing, looked just like a postcard. The staff was amazing! Konstantinos at the lunch restaurant was incredible and super friendly!! If you eat there get the cheesecake, best dessert I’ve had. The gift shop is great too with lots of cute items and the lady that runs it is very friendly. Will definitely come back again!"

"The breakfast was excellent in terms of choices and quality. The dinner was ok, but being a buffet drops the quality. Still good selection, but it felt like buffet.
