"We are a family of six, four children and myself and husband. This Cottage exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful and I fell in love with how traditional it is. My children had plenty of fun out back in the huge garden. Most evenings we had a fire blazing in the living room. While we played board games and playing cards. "We arrived at the property earlier than expected … Arthur who was at the front was very welcoming .. informed us there was Ripples cafe just off of the bar and we could make ourselves comfortable until our room were ready. The cafe was clean, comfy and had great food and service.. when we checked in Erin was at the guest service desk and she was lovely too hotel room rooms are spacious, cozy and a great view of the river … very clean .. Arthur, Erin and Sean were absolutely amazing … my brother and I had a wonderful time … and will definitely be back "

"There was a little confusion at check in about which rooms we had been assigned, but it was resolved quickly. The restaurant was not open for dinner on the night that we stayed at Clancy’s, but it was only a few km to find a place to eat. The rooms were very quiet and everything worked well. Breakfast was included and we requested to have it at 7:30. They were not able to accommodate that, but made it for 8:00 and it was excellent. "
