I booked here for a week but left after one night. It was full of bugs and there was blood on my sheets. It resembles an American motel where a serial killer would take people to kill them. Genuinely the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Disgusting!

Il manque un tapis afin de sortir de la douche car il y a tjrs pleins d'eau à terre et l autre fois j'avais omis de vous le dire Par contre le plafond malgré le blanc mis au plafond on voit les champignons dû à l humidité

Chambre propre par contre dessus de lit et couverture avec des trous de brûlures de cigarette wc trop haut il faudrai que le joint de la porte soit refait car il y a un jour en haut et en bas Personnel à l accueil très agréable et reste disponible pour les clients

Propreté déplorable mais personnel agréable

Le personnel est agréable et a l'écoute le petit déjeuner correct pour le rapport qualité prix, par contre la propreté des chambres est plus que médiocre et en limite d'hygiène.

Suffisante pour une nuit mais j ai eu froid et la climatisation a 30deg ne chauffer pas , j ai dû demander une couverture car les lits non pas de couverture mais juste un couvre lit.

Bon rapport qualité prix.

Le personnel est accueillant. Ma chambre était propre et a été faite tout les jours. Le lit était confortable, pas trop mou. Bien chauffé, bonne isolation phonique entre les chambres, un peu moins avec le couloir mais l'hôtel était calme. Les petits déjeuners sont corrects.

55 euros pour me dire tu paye paye pas je te laisse dehors, aucune empathie, àlors que j'ai coché un case payer plus tard..... A la fin de matinée mission pas tout des le premier jour, sinon : Aucune solution d'hébergement proposé , en gros on m'a dis dors dehors si tu paye pas tout de suite.... Le respect du client a bien changé, a cause de vous j'ai du faire-part de la situation à mon directeur d'usine etc.... Encore un peu je dormais sous les ponts,je suis très mécontent La prochaine fois j'irai chez ibis puis c'est tout
