"This is an older property, but we knew that going in. The woman at the front desk was so very nice and inviting, which was impressive and great since our flight was delayed and we drove in late. It was extremely quiet and had everything we needed. Breakfast was perfect. A great place to stay outside of Sedona proper, and an amazing value. We will stay here again next time!"

"Our hosts, Michelle and Stef, have truly created something special here. This was undoubtedly the best stay of our trip. The room was immaculately clean, the bed provided the best sleep we had in Arizona. The ranch sits on a beautiful property overlooking the mountains in the distance. Unfortunately we couldn’t see the stars due to the rain but the clouds moving in provides us a spectacular view of a storm. We even got to meet their goats pepper and cinnamon before we settled in. Every bit of the room seemed perfectly curated, the bathroom was modern and had a vanity light mirror, waterfall shower, and actually good soaps, shampoos, conditioners and even butter body lotion. Thank you Michelle and Stef, hope we can stay again someday! P.S. my girlfriend wants to know what you use to make your rooms smell so good"

"A smaller (36ish units) hotel where you can park right next to your room. Only stairs (no elevator) if you’re on the second floor. Office hours are limited, but there is a number to call if you need anything. Our newly remodeled two queen bed room was adequate size for the two of us, but probably too small for any more people. Loved that it had a fridge/freezer and microwave, blow dryer, iron, make-up mirror, closet with a full length mirror, walk in shower, soft water with rainfall shower head and plenty of hot water, soft close lid toilet with a super quiet flush, and regular cable TV with lots of channels. A/C unit in room worked effectively, but not too noisy. Ice machine distributed ice quickly that was in a separate building with laundry machines. This hotel really met our needs for our one night stay. Didn’t offer a breakfast, but I didn’t miss it. Oftentimes I never eat those free breakfasts much anyway. Great location on highway 89, but not facing the highway so it was quiet. I would definitely stay there again!"
