"I was rather intimidated by this listing considering how automotated the whole process is. It’s all done with thorough written instruction and an iPad at check-in/out. I felt like I was doing a scavenger hunt on The Amazing Race or something. Stay the course and read everything carefully. "We decided to walk to the hotel from Niigata Station, not realizing it was about to rain. It was a downpour by the time we got to the lobby, but one of the staff saw us coming and met us with dry towels at the door! It was so thoughtful! And that was just the start of great service. We loved our stay and will definitely come again!"
