"Just got back from a week in Naxos ( October 25 ) the place was incredible. From the ferry we took the local bus (2.30 euros) and drop off 25 feet from the Hotel. Ocean view. The staff was so accommodating, and the Spa treatment was sensational. breakfast buffet was very generous and stayed open till 11 AM. Meals at the hotel were a little more expensive but more refined than the local restaurants. When we left, most of the restaurants were closing down for the season. "

"The Summer Senses experience was excellent. The pools are gorgeous and the beach club is a great alternative - an easy walk down the hill. The staff was very responsive and accommodating. The breakfast was very impressive. The location is great - feels quiet and apart, but it’s close to the nearest town, which has several nice restaurants on the water. Naoussa is an easy 20 minute drive that we did a few times. We had a wonderful stay and will be recommending the hotel to friends and family. "We stayed two nights at Calilo and I honestly don’t even know where to start. This place is stunning. From the moment you walk in, you’re surrounded by crystal-clear water, golden sand, and these incredible cliffs — it’s like a dream. We learned while we were there that it took 20 years to build Calilo, and you can feel it in every detail. The whole property is full of artwork, hand-carved stone, and beautiful mosaics. It’s not just a hotel – it feels like you’re staying inside a gallery blended perfectly with nature. We travel quite frequently and this is arguably the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at. We received a complimentary room upgrade and loved it! It had a ‘pond’, which was really a private pool and a terrace overlooking the beach. Just gorgeous! The staff deserves a huge shoutout. Every single person we met was friendly, genuine, and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. From little surprises in the room to great tips about the island, it felt like they really cared about our experience. The bar manager and tender went above and beyond - even blending fresh mango just for our drinks! Calilo isn’t just a place to stay — it’s an experience. We left feeling completely refreshed and already planning when we can come back. If you’re thinking about it, book it. You will not regret it. We will definitely stay for longer next time!"
