"Overall, this is an excellent, modern, and beautiful hotel that fully deserves its 4-star rating. The room was outstanding, with very comfortable beds, and the bathroom was impeccable—everything in the room was of high quality and kept very clean. The hotel offers parking, though I am not certain if there is a charge for it as I didn't focus much on the surrounding area. I chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location, as it is only about 30 minutes away from the airport. Furthermore, the train station is very close—just a 6-minute walk away—making it a great option for those relying on public transportation. Regarding the staff, the service was acceptable, though I believe there is room for them to be a bit more welcoming and attentive, which would truly elevate the guest experience. Additionally, while the room was generally very clean, I did notice a small yellow stain on one of the bed covers. I hope they pay closer attention to such details in the future, as the rest of the hotel's standards are excellent."

"We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay here. The staff was very helpful. We had the unfortunate experience of not arriving with our luggage. When our luggage was FINALLY scheduled to get to the hotel, I asked the staff to let us know when all our bags arrived immediately, regardless of the time, and that's exactly what they did at 12:30am :) The breakfast was also good, I just wish they would vary it a little more on a day to day basis. Regardless, everything was tasty. The location is also excellent! For us, it was very convenient to be that close to so many stores since we had a few things to buy while our luggage caught up with us. We will definitely stay here again in the future!"

"Great stay away from the congestion of the inner city. It was a bit far from the city center which made it a little more difficult to get around town while having to book taxis or take a bus or tram to get around town. To get to the bus you have to walk a little ways through a sketchy part of the area or take a €25 taxi one way into the center which could add up pretty quickly. other than that the pool and the restaurants are really great. The staff were very accommodating and the continental breakfast was the largest I ever experienced."

"Ideal for exploring Milan and perfect for rest. I live in the neighbourhood and booked the room because my AC broke and the service here in hot season is never immediate. In my apt everything is designed for perfect sleep, mattress, pillows, Daikin Pro AC plus ventilation that cools the room and doesn't blow in my face, double windows. I travel a lot and suffer often in the hotels. So UNA Verticale is a rare blessing. I slept like home with really many thanks. Also, the check in was fast and as I asked for a quiet room they found immediately. Very appreciated as I was rather exhausted. And excellent breakfast"
