My wife and daughter arrived at Swiss Otel Büyük Efes İzmir in the middle of the night after an 18-hour international journey, exhausted, only to be refused check-in. Despite presenting valid identification clearly proving that my wife is our daughter’s mother, Swiss Otel Büyük Efes İzmir insisted on a written consent form from me to allow our child to stay. This requirement was never communicated in advance, nor is it a standard or reasonable expectation in international hospitality.
