Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay. Very very annoying and a massive disappointment not to buy a coffee in the morning. Nearest...

"Very very nice stay. We booked a room with sea view, which was worth every cent, with an amazing view. Lovely little study apartment with small kitchen, where we prepared lunch and dinner from the local butcher. Very welcoming staff, and not a crowded place. Only downside was the missing aircon, there was only a fan, but would love to visit again. "

"Very nice hotel in a great location, Ylena was very attentive and welcoming. She always a phone call away if you need help after hours. Rooftop pool is a nice touch. "Lovely stay with helpful staff. Our room was huge and had a sea view. It’s located right near the ramparts and you can stroll along the water or take a short walk into town. Breakfast and aperitivo on the terrace were well done. We parked on the street, just down from the hotel. Download the app- you can pay/add time from your phone, plus many other cities in Sicily use the same app which was convenient. "

"This place was amazing. Easy to find. Parking is nearby. It's also in a good location to walk around the shops and restaurants. The terrace on the top of the building is relaxing. This is a place I would recommend and I would stay at again."

"There’s an inviting photo of a hot tub at advertisement, was so looking forward to it, no where to be found. It’s an expensive space that feels cold & uncared for, nicks and black scruff marks in bedroom, empty walls. Small shower without door brings cold air in as you wash, drain comes undone as you move around washing, it was packed with slimy hair, and there’s a window in the small bathroom that opens to the hallway, opposite the toilet, whether open or not, your toilet noise can be heard in...

"E manager and his staff we very friendly. Karmel is amazing and do anything for you.. food was super Amazing... we are going back.. if you're in this are you must stay here. We even had our own personal hot tub.. bery beautiful, bery clean and the staff was more than AMAZING.. we love them and we're going to miss them.. nest stay of our trip"
