Gym / Spa not included. Bed was lumpy. Lounge music at dinner was too loud and had adverts. No PAT testing undertaken on any appliances in room, some emergency lights were requiring servicing. Dinner was ok - steak swimming in blood, broccoli had salt added, and skin on fries were no skin on as well ...

Its a nice hotel, but the room where we stayed had diety bed sheets some part had blood spots or wine couldnt tell. but overall it was okay

Apartment 5 was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and spacious; we enjoyed our stay. We only wish that the windows would open more easily and STAY open (the force of gravity kept pulling the living room window shut).
